Consciousness coaching sessions can be in person or via Zoom or Skype. The session will commence with what is showing up in your world. These sessions use consciousness as their base. Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing. The awareness that you gain from the session may come from this reality or from other realms or lifetimes. In the session we start with what you perceive is limiting you, the points of view that are keeping you stuck can be released, destroyed and uncreated. Using a range of tools and techniques Diana facilitates you and invariably the algorithm that has you looping over and over the distress - the patterns, behaviours and personalities that you implemented to cope can be identified and released. Sometimes the session includes information from other realms because when we choose to create greater the Universe responses. Diana uses her clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient capabilities to receive messages from all realms. As an example, the Devic Realm is the connection to nature, to animals and to the Planet herself - the EARTH. Information received can assist you to move beyond limitations past life contracts, mending family entanglements and relationships with ancestors who have passed on and sever agreements that are no longer relevant to you.
