Service Description

Facilitation sessions can be in person or via Zoom or Skype. In the facilitation session we will clear what you cognitively perceive is limiting you, the points of view that are keeping you stuck can be released, destroyed and uncreated. These sessions are not length because there is little value in looking into everything that has gone wrong in your life or every wrong doing that has occurred to you or yours. It is not necessary to analyse concerns to the "nth degree" to release them. Research has shown that going over a trauma, upset or hurt reinforces it. Your mind can not distinguish if the events you describe are occurring now or in the past. In neuroscience terms stronger neural pathways are developed by going over the old hurtful events and there is an increased likelihood of a similar trauma, upset or hurt being repeated. In a session we aim to interrupt the algorithm that has you looping over and over the event and the patterns, behaviours and personalities that you implemented to cope at the time of the event. I use Access Consciousness and a range of other tools and techniques and will introduce you to self empowerment techniques that you can use to assist you in every area of your life and living.
