Let's Talk Body

Have you noticed that when it comes to relationships people complain more about the other party than listen, ask questions and seek to comprehend?  Your body is no different!

​

This class teaches you how to connect with your body. A lot of people speak with their bodies very harshly. It is an abusive relationship with a one-way conversation where the body is berated because it isn't doing as told.

How do you respond to being told you're wrong? Do you feel misunderstood and wish you were listened to? 

​

In this class, you learn to ask your body questions and learn how to listen to your body's whispers and when it is yelling at you for not listening. You start the journey to communion with your lifelong companion - your beautiful, intelligent, tolerant body.

Earth Whisperer 

This class is for those who know that all living things have consciousness and would like to connect on a deeper level with nature, nature spirits and the EARTH. 

​

In this class, you learn to perceive nature and the EARTH in a new and expanded way. The EARTH contributes to us every moment of every day. Would you like to increase your appreciation of the EARTH exponentially? Would you like to contribute to the extraordinary living EARTH? This class allows you to receive more from places and spaces you did not previously perceive.

Consciousness Toolkit

This class is for anyone who would like to have a consciousness toolkit and know what tool to use for their consciousness creation. In this class, you will learn to use a range of techniques for releasing limitations and creating your desired future. Learn to perceive know and receive whispers from the Universe on what is required next for expanding your money flows, business, vitality, health and fitness and more.

Let's have fun with Money and Taxes 

If you read the title and read it again in case you were seeing things this class is either not for you or you have a giant block to receiving money. This class is for small business people who have blocks around money, receiving money and or freak out or avoid doing their financials.

What if your approach to money, bills and taxes could net you more money and have you enjoying taking care of business financials?

Swaps or Gifting and Receiving Sessions 

At Starlight Wellness Centre, we contribute to consciousness by offering classes, gifting and receiving sessions (Swaps) and hosting facilitators from overseas or interstate who provide speciality courses. See dates September to December 2024.

Access Classes

HOSTING CLASSES - no classes scheduled 

Access Consciousness Bars Class

This is a full-day class. At the successful completion of the class, the participant is registered as a Practitioner. It is recommended that you attend more than one class. Subsequent classes are half-price. 

​

Access Energetic Facelift Class 

This is a full-day class. At the successful completion of the class, the participant is registered as a Practitioner. It is recommended to attend more than one class. Subsequent classes are half-price. 

​

Body Process Classes 

These classes are typically half a day. In the class participants usually learn one body process. 

​

Access Foundation Class

This 3-and-a-half-day class empowers you to know what you know. Access Consciousness Founder - GARY DOUGLAS ask 'What if the world could be a place where people can be acknowledged for the gift that they are?'

The Foundation classes are designed to empower you to change anything and everything you’d like to change in your life.

In this class, people break apart from the foundation of limitation they have been operating from and build a new foundation of possibility.​​​​
